Importing

How do I add images?

Drop folders, .zip files or images on Home, or tap ➕ (click on Mac) to choose them.

• Each folder or .zip becomes its own album. A .zip inside a folder becomes an album of its own too.
• Single images go into the Single Images album, up to 100 in one drop.
• From Photos, drag the images in, or export a large set to a folder first.

Are my originals changed or moved?

No. Tactilis Pose imports a copy for viewing. Your originals are untouched, later changes to them don’t sync, and importing the same folder again makes a second album. Please keep your originals: Tactilis Pose isn’t a backup.

Can I stop an import?

Yes. Tap the progress ring on the album’s cover to pause it, or use Pause All Imports in Home’s ⋯ menu. The album keeps the images that were already copied, and you can browse them right away. Tap the ring again, or choose Resume Import, to carry on. If the app can’t find the source again, it asks you to pick it; it must be the same folder or .zip, with the same images.

Some of my images didn’t appear.

Tactilis Pose imports the image files the system recognizes. Hidden files, and files that aren’t images, are skipped.

How do I delete an album?

Tap the trash button on the album’s cover. That deletes the app’s copy only; the folder or .zip you imported from isn’t touched. Delete All Albums… in Home’s ⋯ menu removes every album.

Tactilis Pose Pro

What does Pro unlock?

The Time, Shape and Value studies, and sharing images from the viewer. Viewing your albums is always free.

• Time: timed pose sessions, slideshows and playback of a set.
• Shape: a grid and an envelope for proportion.
• Value: grayscale, value bands, tints, and heat and cool maps.

Is it a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks every study on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing is included.

I bought Pro, but the studies are locked.

Open Tactilis Pose Pro… from Home’s ⋯ menu and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. If you’re in a Family Sharing group, the purchaser’s family sharing needs to be on.

How do I redeem a code?

Open Tactilis Pose Pro… from Home’s ⋯ menu and tap Redeem Code.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Once a refund is processed, Pro is locked again.

TestFlight beta

During the beta, Pro is free: the studies are unlocked and nothing is charged. Send feedback from the TestFlight app, or by email.

Privacy

Tactilis Pose doesn’t collect any data. See the Privacy Policy.
